Solution: Re-configure these settings
The solution to this problem is very easy. All you ought to do is re-configure these settings on your PC. Doing this will allow your PC to load these images. The steps to this re-configuration are mentioned below.
Step 1: Press Windows and R simultaneously. This will open the "Run" dialogue box.
Step 2: Type "Control Panel" in the search bar provided.
Step 3: The control panel will now open. A number of different options will be provided. Search and click on "Network and Internet".
Step 4: Now, click on "Network and Sharing".
Step 5: Select the network that you are currently using on your PC.
Step 6: You will now be presented with a screen giving details about the network. Click on "Properties" at the bottom.
Step 7: From all the options, hit on "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)".
Step 8: Now, hit on "Use the following DNS server addresses". Enter this then:
Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Step 9: Click on "Ok". This will save the changes made.
Step 10: Restart your PC.
Now, when you will access your PC, Facebook will load all the images.
You can also face the same pictures not loading issue when you are using Facebook from your mobile. This may not happen often however if it does there are few simple solutions you can look into to solve this matter. You can use these on both Android or iPhone as its applicable on both. The various solutions are listed below.
1. Firstly, thoroughly check your internet connection. Your internet might be working which may be the cause of pictures not loading on Facebook. Switch from WI-FI to mobile data or the other way around.
2. Update the Facebook on your phone especially if you are accessing it on a browser.
3. If the above one does not work then try accessing Facebook on a different browser and see if it works.
4. The best approach to solve this problem is to download the Facebook app and use it as it is least likely to cause any such problem.
5. If you are still facing the issue after downloading the app then try to update it to the latest version and if it is already updated, delete the app and download it again.
6. Download Facebook Lite. It is a lightweight app and heavy images and media have a higher chance of downloading without any error on this.
